Resize to the dimensions you need
Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image, then enter a width and height in pixels or set a percentage. With Keep original proportions selected, changing one pixel dimension updates the other to preserve the source aspect ratio. You can turn this off when you intentionally want to stretch the image.
Pixel dimensions and percentage
Pixel mode lets you enter the exact output size. Percentage mode scales both sides by the same amount. A 50% resize makes each side half as long and uses one quarter as many pixels. Larger output dimensions cannot restore detail that was not present in the source.
Output formats and limits
Input: JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Output: JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Lossy formats use the quality control; PNG preserves transparency. The image and generated export are limited to 40 megapixels and 16,384 pixels per side. JPEG fills transparent areas with white.
If your target needs a different shape, crop first instead of distorting the source. Read how to resize without distortion or use the image cropper.
