Privacy Policy
What happens when you browse LeapArc and use its image tools.
Effective date: October 22, 2026
LeapArc provides browser-based tools to compress, resize, convert, and crop images. This policy describes the information involved in using the website. It should be read together with the Terms of Use.
Image files and processing
When you select a supported image, your browser reads the file and processes it locally using browser image decoding and Canvas APIs. LeapArc does not upload the selected image or generated result to a LeapArc processing server. Image bytes are held in the browser while the page is open to support the preview and export. You decide whether to download the result. The current tools do not send image contents to analytics or advertising services.
Resetting the tool or leaving the page releases its temporary image previews. Your browser may retain a file that you choose to download. The tools do not create an account, save image history, or store image files in LeapArc cloud storage.
Website request information
When you visit a website, the hosting provider and internet infrastructure may process standard request information such as your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser type, and security events. This is separate from image processing. The specific hosting provider and its log retention settings depend on the production deployment. LeapArc does not currently operate an account system or use product analytics on this site.
Cookies and advertising
LeapArc does not currently load advertising code or set advertising cookies. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before ads are served. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Visitors can review or change personalized-ad settings at Google Ads Settings or use the industry opt-out information at aboutads.info.
If personalized ads are served to people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework must be in place. The current site has no consent-management platform, so ads are not enabled.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to external resources. Those websites have their own privacy notices and practices. Review them before providing information or using their services.
Children
LeapArc is a general-purpose image utility, not a service designed to collect information from children. The site does not ask visitors to create accounts or submit personal profiles.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the website’s features, hosting, analytics, or advertising setup changes. The effective date above will be updated when a material revision is published. The policy must be reviewed against the live deployment before advertising is enabled.
Privacy contact
Privacy contact details are not configured yet. A monitored public contact address must be added to the Contact page before launch.
